* Orders can be cancelled before dispatch by contacting customer support.

* Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.

 2. Returns

 

Due to the nature of food supplements:

 

* Opened or used products cannot be returned.

* Returns are accepted only if:

 

  * The product is damaged

  * Incorrect product delivered

  * Manufacturing defect

 

Requests must be raised within 48 hours of delivery with images/videos.

 3. Refunds

 

* Approved refunds will be processed within 710 working days.

* Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

* Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.

 4. Replacement

 

* Eligible cases may receive a replacement instead of a refund, at our discretion.
